I went to Joe Hisaishi’s Ghibli music consert yesterday at Carnegie Hall. His music was very touchy and matched with Miyazaki’s movies. My favorite of him was actually the music for “Princess Kaguya”, which directed by Isao Takahata(He passed away on April this year).
Listening to Hisaishi’s music was obviously an enjoyable experience. Toshio Suzuki said:”By listening to Joe’s music, we are inspired to keep good spirits and to never give up hope.” We could see his face from the screen, and he looked really enjoyed and focus on what he was doing. His music made me feel happiness, and inspired me want to do things for others: to be a person who can bring happiness to other people.
